What are the shipping costs?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over AED 200. If your order is under AED 200, the standard shipping cost of AED 15 will apply.

 

Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped to the UAE?

Any taxes and duties applicable are the responsibility of the company. 

 

What are the shipping methods and delivery time?

Delivery is possible from 2 warehouses:

Dubai — delivery from 2 to 4 days

Remote warehouse — delivery from 4 to 7 days

 

We ship our orders with DHL transport company. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 

 

Can I change my address once the order ships?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided upon placing the order. If the address you provided is not correct, you should contact the delivery company to redirect your parcel to another address.
