What are the shipping costs?
Our orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery cost is 15 AED, free of charge for orders over 200 AED. If same-day delivery is selected, the delivery cost is 20 AED regardless of order value.
Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped to the UAE?
Any taxes and duties applicable are the responsibility of the company.
What are the shipping methods and delivery time?
Delivery is possible from 2 warehouses:
Dubai – DHL delivery in 2 to 4 days, Quiqup same-day delivery (for orders placed before 4 PM)
International warehouse – delivery in 4 to 7 days
Same-day delivery within Dubai:
For orders placed before 16:00 – delivery the same day within 4 hours.
For orders placed after 16:00 – delivery the next day (between 9:00 and 13:00).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my address once the order ships?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided upon placing the order. If the address you provided is not correct, you should contact the delivery company to redirect your parcel to another address.
