We accept different forms of payment. You can pay for your purchase with a credit or debit card or through an alternative online payment system.

Card payment
If you opt for a credit card payment, the total amount of your order will be reserved immediately, although payment only occurs when the order ships.
If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit or your bank is unable to authorize the payment for any other reason, your order will be automatically canceled.
In case of a debit card payment, the card will be charged right away. An order confirmation will be sent to our e-mail address.
Possible bank service fees might apply. If you are charged transaction fees by your bank, Lichi will not be able to refund these charges.
If you experience difficulties paying with your credit card, e.g. if your payment is not accepted, please carefully check if you have filled all the required information correctly:
· card holder
· card number
· card expiration date
· CVV2 or CVC2 card code (indicated on the back of the Bank card)
You can also pay via the following online payment services: Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS and Przelewy24, as well as Apple and Google Pay.
Bancontact
Bancontact is a rather convenient payment system. It selects the most suitable way to transfer money from the client’s account to the beneficiary. Please note that Bancontact only processes payments in euros.
iDEAL
iDEAL is a payment system operating in accordance with standards and agreements that enable real-time online transfers from the client’s bank account to the bank account of a company or online store. Please note that iDEAL system only processes payments in euros.
EPS
The EPS system allows you to safely pay for your purchases by conducting all its operations on a secure bank webpage and transferring money directly to the seller. Please note that EPS only processes payments in euros.
Przelewy24
Przelewy24 is a real-time online payment method that covers all major Polish consumer banks.
