How much are the shipping charges?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 100€. If your order is under 100€, the standard shipping cost of 20€ will apply.

 

Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped to Europe?

You will not be charged any taxes or duties when your order is shipped to Europe. Any taxes and duties applicable are the responsibility of the company.

 

What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

Pending order verification and credit approval, it may take 1-3 working days to process your order. Estimated delivery time is 7 working days. Please note that the estimated delivery date of your order is an estimate only and is not guaranteed since delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods.

 

All our orders are shipped with DHL Express. Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while the order is on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). If DHL is not able to ship to your location, we will ship your order with EMS Express or other express delivery service providers.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 

 

Can I change my address after the order is shipped?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. If the address you provided is not correct, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.
