How much are the shipping costs?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 100 EUR. If your order is under 100 EUR, the standard shipping cost of 5 EUR will apply.

 

Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped to European Union?

You will not be charged any taxes or duties when your order is shipped to European Union. Any taxes and duties applicable are the responsibility of the company.

 

What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

All orders are sent with DHL Express from our warehouse in Poland.  

Estimated delivery time is 10-14 days. 

Please note that the estimated delivery date of your order is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, since delivery time may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 

 

Can I change my address once the order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided upon placing the order. If the address you provided is incorrect, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.
