How much are the shipping charges?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 100 EUR. If your order is under 100 EUR, the standard shipping cost of 20 EUR will apply.
Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped to Europe?
You will not be charged any taxes or duties when your order is shipped to Europe. Any taxes and duties applicable are the responsibility of the company.
What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
All orders are sent with DHL Express from our warehouse in Poland.
Estimated delivery time is 10-14 days.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while the order is on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). If DHL is not able to ship to your location, we will ship your order with EMS Express or other express delivery service providers.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my address after the order is shipped?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided upon placing the order. If the address you provided is incorrect, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.
