Registered members of the Lichi Members Club have access to a wide range of privileges. We create the best conditions for comfortable and effective shopping; therefore, we provide personal offers and form a unique connection between the brand and the Customer.
You can apply for a Lichi Members Club loyalty card in the corresponding section of your personal account by following the link. To do this, register and fill in the fields with your personal data, confirming your consent to participate.
Bonus points are credited to the card for purchases on the official website www.lichi.com, in the mobile app and in all official Lichi stores.
The accrual period is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase in the store or 30 days from the delivery of an online order. Bonus points are not awarded for delivery charges and without participating in the loyalty program. Points are awarded according to 1 bonus point = 1 null. The amount of accrual in points is equal to a percentage of the value of the current purchase, depending on the status of your privilege. Users with status cards of 7% and 10% earn bonus points for all purchases, including items bought with discounts or promo codes. The program provides four possible statuses: CLUB, GOLD, PLATINUM, DIAMOND.

If the amount of your purchases during this period exceeds the required level for your current status, then the status will increase to the one that corresponds to this amount of purchases.
If at the end of the period the amount of purchases is less, the status will change to the previous one. The CLUB status does not change in this case.
You can use bonus points both on the website and in the app by logging into your account. Specify the number of points you want to apply at the checkout stage and the amount will decrease by the amount of points applied. In official stores, it is enough to dictate your mobile phone number during checkout.
When you return the purchase, the bonus points that were used to pay for it will be restored to the premium account. You can only use the bonus points yourself, they cannot be exchanged for money or donated to third parties.
You can pay up to 50% of the purchase price, while the maximum amount of points that can be used for payment is 200 (two hundred).
Premium points cannot be used to pay for the delivery of orders. The maximum allowable amount of bonus points is set individually for each promotion.
If there are several items in the order, bonus points will be distributed proportionally to their cost, so that the total discount is no more than 50%. The loyalty card and its associated premium account are valid only in the country where they were issued. Only official Lichi stores participate in the Lichi Members Club program. The program does not apply to partner stores. Accumulated bonus points cannot be transferred from one account to another.
You can view your status in your personal account on the website www.lichi.com and in the Lichi Members Club section in the mobile application. You can also always check it in the official stores of the chain with employees
To join the loyalty program, you must be at least 18 years of age.
