Exchanges and returns

We want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase and if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason (size, color, fitting), you must send the return parcel of saleable merchandise within 14 days from receiving the order.


If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch — but any refund will be at our discretion. 


Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags, receipts and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Incomplete, worn or damaged returns will not be accepted.


How can I request a refund?


To submit a return or exchange request, fill out the  Return form. If you would like to exchange an item, please specify the size and color you wish to receive in return. As next, a customer support will contact you and offer to arrange a return using the courier service DHL Express. Operators will fill in the waybill on their own and send the necessary documents for transfer to the courier.


Please be aware that the tear-off receipt of the invoice inserted in the parcel must be filled out and sent back along with the items for us to promptly process your return and refund the money.


The return fee for orders from Germany is 2,99 EUR. 


Returns are processed at the Lichi warehouse in Poland. Upon receipt of the returned product by us and completion of the quality check, we will exchange the product for a different size or issue a refund.


Your return or the cost difference (in case of exchange) will be refunded with the same payment method as the one used to make   the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.


Please note that in some instances we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include the following categories:

· underwear

· jewelry

We may refund the items from the categories listed above only if the product you have received is damaged.


If the product you have received is faulty, damaged or non-compliant, you can claim exchange or refund of your order.
