You can pay for your order in two ways:
· Online on the website using a Visa or Mastercard via any of the 3 payment gateways: ePay from HalykBank, Kaspi.kz (Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Red) and TipTopPay;
· In 0-0-4 installments via the BNPL service.
Paying for your order online by card
When placing an order on the website, payment is processed through the ePay, Kaspi.kz (Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Red) and TipTopPay payment gateways in a secure environment using the SSL encryption protocol.
The online store does not receive or store your card details or any other payment information. Payments are processed in strict compliance with the requirements of the ePay, Kaspi.kz (Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Red) and TipTopPay payment systems.

1. After clicking the «Continue» button, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you can enter your bank card details. If your card-issuing bank supports the secure online payment technology Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, please be ready to enter a special password required for successful payment. You can check with your card-issuing bank about the methods and availability of obtaining a password for online payments.
2. On the ePay, Kaspi.kz (Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Red) or TipTopPay server page, you will be asked to authorize your bank card and enter the following information:
· Cardholder name
· Card number
· Card expiry date
· CVV2 or CVC2 code (found on the back of the bank card)
You can then return to our online store by clicking the «Return to Store» button.
3. After returning to our store, the system will notify you of the authorization result. Until successful payment confirmation is received, the order will remain in a pending status, and once payment is made, it will be switched to delivery mode to the specified address.
Reasons for payment refusal:
· The bank card is not intended for online payments — you can check this with your card-issuing bank;
· Insufficient funds on the bank card. For more details on available funds, please contact the bank that issued your card;
· Bank card details entered incorrectly;
· Bank card has expired. The expiry date (month and year until which the card is valid) is shown on the front of the card. For more information on the card’s validity period, please contact your issuing bank.
Paying for your order via 0-0-4 installments
You can also pay for your order using 0-0-4 installments through the partner service BNPL. This allows you to:
· Split the payment into 4 months;
· Avoid fees and overpayments;
· Get instant approval.
What total amount can be covered by 0-0-4 installments?
You can select goods totaling between 6,000 and 200,000 tenge.
What is BNPL, and how is it connected to Bank CenterCredit?
BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) is a payment method that allows you to purchase goods and/or services on the website in 4-month installments. Bank CenterCredit is the BNPL service’s partner bank, providing 0-0-4 installment repayment services through the bcc.kz mobile app.
What are the conditions for purchasing goods in 0-0-4 installments?
· Age between 18 and 60;
· Resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
· No overdue debt;
· No tax arrears.

How to arrange installments for a purchase?
1. Add items to your cart.
2. Select «0-0-4 Installments» as the payment method.
3. Enter your phone number and Individual Identification Number (IIN).

How to pay for goods purchased in 0-0-4 installments?
1. Download or open the app of the BNPL service’s partner bank, Bank CenterCredit — bcc.kz.
2. Log in or register.
3. From the app’s home page, go to «Services» — «Mall» — «My Orders» — «Authorization» — «Select Order» — «Pay Now».
Is there a fee or overpayment for buying in 0-0-4 installments?
No. You can purchase without fees or overpayments if you make your payments on time.
When should I pay for goods purchased in 0-0-4 installments?
When you place your order, you will see a preliminary payment schedule. We will remind you of the upcoming monthly payment date and amount via SMS.
The installment plan is activated only after you receive the goods. All order information (schedule, amount due, early/partial early repayment) is available in the Bank CenterCredit app: go to «Services» — «Mall» — «My Orders» — «Authorization» — «Select Order».
Can I pay the installments with a card from another bank?
No. Payments are accepted only from a Bank CenterCredit card within the bcc.kz app.
Can I repay the 0-0-4 installments early?
Yes, you can repay the installments early without any additional fees. To do so, in the Bank CenterCredit app, from the home page go to «Services» — «Mall» — «My Orders» — «Authorization» — «Select Order» — «Pay Now».
What is the penalty amount if a monthly payment is overdue?
For late payment of a monthly installment, a fixed penalty of 2,200 tenge is charged in addition to the principal amount due.
How can I top up my Bank CenterCredit card?
There are several ways to top up your card:
· Transfer via other banks’ apps using account details or card number (check the transfer fee with the sending bank);
· At the Bank CenterCredit ATM network;
· Over the counter at a bank branch.
Why might I encounter difficulties when purchasing goods in 0-0-4 installments?
Each case is decided individually and depends on the quality of your credit history. Try repeating your request after 14 days — your credit history is refreshed during this time.
What if I forget my bcc.kz app password or have other questions about 0-0-4 installments?
In the Bank CenterCredit app, before resetting your password, click the «Forgot your code?» button. You can contact the bank’s support service for this or any other issue by one of the following methods:
· Via call center from a mobile phone at 505;
· Via WhatsApp;
· Via Telegram;
· In person at a bank branch.
Please note! You have 20 minutes to complete the payment. Please have your bank card ready in advance.
If no payment confirmation is received within five days, the order will be automatically canceled.
