How do I get a bonus card?
  • In stores. Make a purchase in one of our stores and receive a plastic card. To use it for your orders online, add it to your profile in Lichi Members Club.
  • On our website or in the mobile app. To get a virtual card yourself, go to your profile and fill in your details in the Lichi Members Club section.

How are bonus points awarded?

You can earn bonus point for purchases on our official website www.lichi.com and in all official Lichi stores. The earned points will be awarded 14 days after the purchase date or the delivery date of your online order. Bonus points are not awarded for sale items, shipping fees or without joining the loyalty program.

Bonus points are awarded in the ratio of 1 ruble to 1 reward point.

The number of points awarded corresponds to the percentage of the price of the current purchase in accordance with your loyalty status.

The loyalty program includes four status options: CLUB, GOLD, PLATINUM, DIAMOND. Click the link to find out more about each status.

The beginner’s status for new loyalty program members is CLUB. The status review period is 180 days.

  • If the purchase sum within the given period exceeds the necessary amount for your current status, your status will be upgraded to the one that corresponds to your purchase sum.
  • If by the end of the given period, the purchase sum is below the required minimum, your status will be changed to the previous one. The CLUB status will remain the same in this case.
How do I check my status?

You can view your status in your profile on the website www.lichi.com and in the Lichi Members Club section in the mobile app. You can also always ask a shopping assistant in our brand’s official stores to check your status for you.

How do I redeem my reward points?

You can use points for purchases on the website as well as in the app after signing in to your account. Simply select the number of points you wish to apply at the checkout and the total sum will reduce by the number of points redeemed.

When making a purchase in our stores, you can either show the loyalty card or give your mobile phone number.

If you return a purchase, the bonus points used for the payment will not be reinstated.

You can redeem reward points only for your own purchases. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, sold for value or transferred to third parties. You may pay for up to 50% of your order with bonus points, including sale items.

Bonus points cannot be used to pay for shipping.

Points can be combined with promocode discounts. The maximum number of points allowed is determined individually for each promotion deal.

If your order includes several items, the bonus points will be divided between them in accordance with their prices so that the overall discount does not exceed 50%.

The loyalty card and the respective reward account can only be used within the region of issue.

Lichi Members Club program applies only to official Lichi stores. The program is not available in the stores of our franchise partners. Our partners' stores offer their own loyalty programs instead.

Earned reward points cannot be transferred from one account to another.

Awarded points can be redeemed within 90 days. After that, they will be automatically cancelled.

Terms of participation

To join the loyalty program, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Make sure to provide accurate information when registering for the loyalty programme to avoid any errors in the reward account.

Registration for the program does not imply a binding contract or entail any obligations for the parties.

Registration for the program implies the participant’s agreement with the given terms and the Privacy policy.

Withdrawal from the loyalty program implies that you lose the earned status. Reinstatement as a loyalty program member is only possible at the beginner’s CLUB status.

Additional information

Lichi may impose limitations on the award of bonus points for certain types of products or categories of users at its own discretion.

Lichi reserves the right to unilaterally and at any time change the terms of the program or terminate the reward score if a member engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity: fails to comply with the terms of the program, abuses any of the rights provided by the program or violates applicable law.

Lichi has the right to temporarily discontinue the given program for technical reasons, such as malfunctioning or failure of communication channels, power outages or other cases of technical malfunctioning, equipment or software process failure.

The confirmation that Lichi has an obligation to reward bonus points to the reward account of the member can be presented in the form of:

  • In a store — register receipt in paper form;
  • In online store — delivery slip.

Any complaints members wish to make with regard to the reward of bonus points will be considered by Lichi only upon presentation of the above-mentioned documents.
