Exchanges and returns

We want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase and if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason (size, color, fitting), you may request an exchange or return of saleable merchandise within 7 days from receiving the order (Consumer Protection Act, article 4, section 26.1). Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags, receipts and packaging included. Incomplete, worn or damaged returns will not be accepted.

 

How do I exchange or return an item?

To RETURN or EXCHANGE an item, you must:

 

1. Fill out the Return form;

2. Wait for the call from the customer service to specify the details of your return;

3. Receive the return delivery slip that we will email to you;

4. Fill out the return slip you received with your order and put it into the parcel;

5. Go to your nearest CDEK office to send the parcel to our distribution center. Note that you do not need to print out the return delivery slip, you only have to give its number to a CDEK assistant;

6. Upon receipt of the returned product by the Lichi warehouse, we will conduct a quality check to ensure the product is in its original condition.

  • If you request a RETURN, we will forward the request for a refund to the bank;
  • If you request an EXCHANGE, we will send you the product you select in exchange for the returned piece.

How can I request a refund or exchange?

To submit a return or exchange request, fill out the Return form. Then, follow the return instructions that came with your order. They provide the address and detailed instructions for returning or exchanging your items. Having received your return, we will carry out suitable quality checks and refund or exchange the returned product. 

Please be aware that the tear-off receipt of the invoice inserted in the parcel must be filled out and sent back along with the items for us to promptly process your return and refund the money.

 

Who covers the shipping costs for the return or exchange?

If you request the same item in a different size, your first return and the shipment of your required size will be free of charge. Please note that if you would like to try a different style or colour, shipping charges will apply. All further exchanges and returns will be made at the expense of the customer. 

 

When will I receive the refund?

Your return or the cost difference (in case of exchange) will be refunded with the same payment method as the one used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.

 

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for the following categories of products:

  • sewn and knitted undergarments (underwear);
  • hosiery;
  • jewelry.

We may refund the items from the categories listed above only if the product you have received is damaged.

If the product you have received is faulty, damaged or non-compliant, you can claim exchange or refund of your order.
