Exchanges and returns

We want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase and if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason (size, color, fitting), you may request an exchange or return of saleable merchandise within 7 days from receiving the order (Consumer Protection Act, article 4, section 26.1). Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags, receipts and packaging included. Incomplete, worn or damaged returns will not be accepted.

 

Underwear (including swimsuits) and hosiery are not subject to return, according to the List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to exchange, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2463.

 

How to request a return or exchange?

If you want to return an item to a retail store.

 

  1. Fill out the online form on www.Lichi.com in the “Returns & Exchanges” section.
  2. Wait for a call from our operator to confirm the possibility of returning the item.
  3. Wait for an email with your return slip.
  4. Complete the detachable form and bring the item to the store at the address specified in the email.

 

If you choose to return an item to a pickup point.

 

You can request a RETURN or EXCHANGE in the following way:

 

 1. Fill out the online form and wait to receive the shipping label number for free return shipping via email within 24 hours.

 2. Once you receive the confirmation email, complete the detachable form included with your order and place it inside the return package.

 3. Visit a delivery service point (CDEK, 5Post, or Russian Post) to send the item to the distribution center. If using Russian Post, you will need to purchase a packaging. Please note, there is no need to print the return label — simply provide the staff with the label number.

 4. Once the package arrives at the Lichi warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition. If the condition is confirmed, one of the following actions will be taken:

· If a RETURN was requested — a refund request will be sent to your bank.

· If an EXCHANGE was requested — the replacement item will be sent to you.

 

 

If you have chosen the delivery method WITH TRY ON OPTION at the SDEK pick-up point, then you can refuse unsuitable goods on the spot.

  • Return the goods to the pickup point employee to issue a return invoice.
  • The parcel will arrive at the Lichi warehouse and a request will be sent to the bank for a refund after a check up of the goods by our employees

How can I request a refund or exchange?

To submit a return or exchange request, fill out the Return form. Then, follow the return instructions that came with your order. They provide the address and detailed instructions for returning or exchanging your items. Having received your return, we will carry out suitable quality checks and refund or exchange the returned product. 

Please be aware that the tear-off receipt of the invoice inserted in the parcel must be filled out and sent back along with the items for us to promptly process your return and refund the money.

 

Who covers the shipping costs for the return or exchange?

The company fully covers the costs for delivery to the warehouse and for delivery of the exchange order back. It is not possible to return the product purchased in the online store to the retail store.

 

When will I receive the refund?

The request to transfer funds for the returned goods will be sent to the acquiring bank within 3 days from the date of their receipt at the central warehouse.

 

The deadline for crediting funds depends on the issuing bank that issued the card and can be up to 10 days.
