How much are the shipping charges?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Russia and Belarus.

 

What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

Orders to Russia and Belarus are shipped with the delivery service.  Standard courier delivery within Moscow, Moscow Oblast, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast may take about 2-4 days and up to 7 days to other regions. Delivery times may be subject to delays of up to 10 days if the item you ordered is not available in the nearest warehouse.

 

If certain items from your order are not available in the warehouse of our online store, we will ship these items from one of Lichi stores. In this case, your order will be sent in multiple shipments and the packages may arrive at different times.

 

How can I speed up the delivery?

 

Standard delivery to cities with the population over 500.000 people may take up to 7 days. To reduce the standard delivery times, you may use the “express delivery” option. In this case, your order will be delivered within 2-4 days. This service is available for an additional fee of 200 rubles. 

 

Can I collect my order at a pickup point?

You can collect your parcel from one of the 10.000 automated parcel terminals or so-called PickPoints. To do so, choose the option “PickPoint collection point” when placing your order and select the closest parcel terminal in your city.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email stating tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 

 

Can I change my address after the order is shipped?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. If the address you provided is not correct, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.
