• Same-day delivery in Moscow — 499 rubles.

Within Russia.

• Courier service.
• A delivery to one of CDEK and 5Post pickup points with no try on option.
• Try On Delivery option at a CDEK pick-up point with the possibility of refusal upon receipt

In Belarus.

• Courier service.

• Try On Delivery option at a CDEK pick-up point with the possibility of refusal upon receipt

The standard delivery time for Moscow, the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, and the Leningrad Region is 2 to 4 days.

Same-day delivery in Moscow:

• If you place your order before 4:00 PM — delivery the same day within 5 hours.
• If you place your order after 4:00 PM — delivery the next day (between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM).

For other regions of Russia and Belarus, delivery may take up to 7 days. Delivery may take up to 10 days if the item is only available at a remote warehouse or if it is being shipped to a remote location.

If any item from your order is not available at the store’s warehouse, we will send it to you from an offline LICHI store. Such an order may be split into several parcels, which will be delivered at different times.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email stating tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. If the address you provided is not correct, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.
