How much are the shipping charges?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100. If your order is under $100, the standard shipping cost of $10 will apply.


What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

Pending order verification and credit approval, it may take 1-3 working days to process your order. Estimated delivery time is 7 working days. Please note that the estimated delivery date of your order is an estimate only and is not guaranteed since delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods.


All our orders are shipped with UPS Express and DHL Express. Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while the order is on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). 


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain tracking information and an estimated delivery date. 


Can I change my address after the order is shipped?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. If the address you provided is not correct, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.
