Lichi loyalty program
These rules define the terms and conditions of participation in the Lichi Members Club Loyalty Program (hereinafter – the "Program"), which applies only to the Lichi retail Store Network, mobile application and official website https://lichi.com/. The Lichi Members Club Program is not valid in the stores of brand partners (franchisees).
1. terms and definitions
The following terms are used in these Program Rules according to their meanings below.
"Company" means the organizer(s) with the exclusive right to manage and develop its own Loyalty Program and to promote the Lichi brand.
"Loyalty Program / Program" is a comprehensive marketing campaign of the Company, as a result of which the Participant is given the opportunity to participate in promotional activities and accumulate bonus Points for purchases made in the Company's Store Network in accordance with the rules of the Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
"Lichi Network" stands for the Lichi trademarked retail Network stores (excluding franchisee stores) and the online store https://lichi.com/.
"Promotion" stands for an offer addressed to the Buyers to purchase goods under certain conditions (in a set assortment, according to a certain price, delivery conditions, within a limited period of time, etc.), published in the online store and/or in other information sources, as well as valid in the stores of the Lichi Retail Network.
"Point" stands for a conditional unit credited by the Company to the Participant's card in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Program and entitling the Participant to a discount when paying for goods in Lichi retail stores, in the mobile application and on Lichi's official website at https://lichi.com/. The amount of the discount is determined at the exchange rate of 1 USD = 1 bonus point.
"Card" is a Lichi virtual loyalty card that is a savings card and is valid at all Lichi retail Network stores, when ordering through the online store at https://lichi.com/ and the Lichi mobile app. The Card is not a credit or debit card unless specifically designated as such.
The card is linked to the Participant's phone number. If access to the phone number is lost, the card cannot be restored. Access to the linked phone number is required to establish a new card with the condition of Points transfer.
The card is individual and is not transferable to third parties. The Company may at any time verify the identity of the person who presented the card.
"Personal Account" – a section of the website accessible to registered users, which contains the Participant's personal data, as well as information about orders, Points, addresses, etc.
"Purchase Amount" is the amount of money paid by the Buyer in the retail Network of Lichi stores during the Program period, as well as upon ordering from the online store at https://lichi.com/and the Lichi mobile application, upon purchasing goods with the presentation of a card, the amount of which is fixed/displayed in the Company's information system on the balance of the Program Participant's card, and which allows the right to accrue Points.
"Amount for Level Determination" – the number of purchases made within the scope of one's status in the Program. The amount determines the Levels of participation in the Program and is reset when the status is changed. For more information on Levels, see paragraph 7.2.
"Program Participant / Member" – a person who has reached the age of 14, who has registered in the Loyalty Program in accordance with these rules (Lichi card holder), complying with the terms and conditions of this Program.
2. General provisions
2.1 Program Objectives:
- encouraging loyalty of the Buyers of the Network of official Lichi stores;
- formation and expansion of regular client base of the Network of official Lichi stores;
- informing the Buyers about the arrival of new collections, as well as about special offers (promotions, discounts, sales).
2.3 By joining the Program, the Participant agrees to receive the notices provided for in this Program, but reserves the right to opt out of receiving promotional notices by completing the appropriate application at the link.
2.4 The Lichi Members Club Loyalty Program is valid from 19.03.2021 until its unilateral cancellation by the Company. This Loyalty Program takes into account the purchase history of all Lichi card users. By continuing to use previously issued cards, the Member confirms adherence to these Program rules and agrees to their terms and conditions.
2.5 The terms and rules of the Loyalty Program can be changed unilaterally by the Company without notifying the Participant.
3. Conditions of participation in the Program
3.1 To participate in the Program it is necessary to register, provide personal data and consent to data processing. For more details see clause 4.
3.2 Lichi may transfer personal information of the Program Participant to third parties in the following cases:
3.2.1 The transfer of personal information is necessary for the purposes of implementation of the Loyalty Program, namely: within the framework of use by the Program Participant of a certain service, provision of a service to the Program Participant, fulfillment of contractual obligations;
3.2.2 The transfer of personal data is provided for by the legislation in force, within the procedure established by law.
3.3 By registering in the Loyalty Program in the manner provided by these Rules, the Participant fully agrees with these Rules of the Program and the Policy of confidentiality and processing of personal data.
3.4 By registering in the Loyalty Program according to the procedure provided by these Rules, the Participant gives his consent to automated and also without the use of means of automation processing (collection, recording, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, deletion, transfer, provision, access) of his personal data, including transfer to third parties, for the purposes of fulfillment of the Company's obligations to the Participant within the framework of the Loyalty Program, provision of information on advertising and special programs, provision of information on the Company's activities, process requests, orders, etc. strictly in accordance with local state laws governing the protection of personal data.
3.5 The Loyalty Program Members who have confirmed their consent to receive information from the Company receive information via telecommunication networks and mail (including, but not limited to: SMS mailings, e-mail mailings) of the following content:
- advertising information about special offers, promotions and products available for purchase in the Retail Network's own stores;
- information about the Loyalty Program;
- information about the amount and validity period of reward Points, etc.
The frequency of sending information is determined by the Company.
3.6 In case of providing false (inaccurate, unreliable) information about oneself, as well as in case of untimely change of outdated information, the Participant shall bear the risk of any negative consequences associated with such incorrect information.
4. Registration as a Participant of the Program
4.1 Registration of the Program Participant is performed upon activation of the card based on the Buyer's personal data filled in by the Participant himself/herself in the Lichi mobile application or on the website https://lichi.com/. Once the Participant is registered in the Program, no physical card will be issued.
Full name and phone number are mandatory, date of birth and e-mail address are optional, which opens an extended list of privileges.
It may take up to three business days to register as a Program Participant.
4.2 The Cardholder may independently check the fact of registration as a Participant of the Program by the following methods:
- at any Lichi Retail Network store (excluding franchisee stores) by requesting information from the cashier;
- in the personal aссount on the website https://lichi.com/ or mobile application.
4,3 From the moment of registration as a Program Participant, the cardholder independently controls changes in the data specified in the profile (full name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail), information about the number of purchases and accumulated Points.
The Program Participant can change his/her data (name, phone number and e-mail)*, as well as receive information about the number of Points:
- at any official Lichi store;
- in the personal account on the website https://lichi.com/ or mobile application;
- by calling the hotline, provided that the call is made from a number registered in the Program.
4.4 Self-change of personal data (phone number and e-mail) is possible in the special section via a link. To change the phone number, enter the code from the SMS message sent to the linked number. To change your e-mail address, enter the code sent to the linked e-mail. After that make the necessary corrections. If you lose access to the previously specified e-mail or number, it is impossible to change the data.
*You can change your date of birth only at Lichi Retail Network stores (offline).
4.5 The Participant can cancel participation in the Program or block his/her card by following the link in the special section.
5. Procedure for awarding Points
5.1 When making a purchase in any store of the Lichi Retail Network, when ordering in the online store at https://lichi.com/ and in the Lichi mobile application, regardless of the payment method and delivery terms, the purchase amount is automatically fixed on the cardholder's card.
5.2 Points are awarded only upon card confirmation at the time of purchase. Points are not awarded for previous purchases made without presenting the card or in case of its blocking. To fix the purchase amount, the card must be confirmed by phone number before making a payment.
5.3 A part of the money spent on goods is returned in the form of bonus Points to the Participant registered in the Program. The accrual takes place after the first purchase. For more details on the amount and terms of accrual, see paragraph 7.2.
5.4 Points are not awarded for payment for delivery services and payment via Lichi prepaid cards of any kind (gift cards, electronic gift cards, etc.).
5.5 Points are automatically credited to the Program Participant's card within 14 days from the date of purchase. It may take longer if the order was made online.
5.6 Within the framework of special Promotions or other marketing events, Points may be awarded in a greater amount than specified in clause 7.2. In this case, the number of additional Points is determined by the terms and conditions of the particular Promotion. The Company independently determines the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the categories of Participants who may participate in it.
5.7 When returning a product, the Points accrued on it are canceled, if the balance of Points is less than the amount to be written off, the balance is reset. When returning goods partially paid for with Points in accordance with this Program, the Points will be returned to the card within three business days.
5.8 Points shall be counted separately for each card. If the Buyer has several active cards, the points for them are not summarized, but are counted separately for each card.
5.9 Accrued Points may not be sold, transferred, assigned to another person or used except in accordance with this Program.
6. Procedure for using points
6.1 Accumulated Points can be used to pay for goods in Lichi retail stores, mobile application and online store at https://lichi.com/.
6.2 Points cannot be redeemed when making a purchase through Lichi prepaid cards of any kind (gift cards, e-gift cards, etc.).
6.3 Accumulated Points can be used as a discount from the total purchase price, but not more than 50% of the total value of a one-time purchase. The discount under the Loyalty Program is not summarized with other Promotions. The maximum number of Points used for payment is 200 (two hundred).
6.4 Points will be deducted only if the card is active (registered and unblocked) by means of a confirmation code sent to the Participant's phone by SMS message (or by any other method of informing the cashier in a Lichi store). When making an order in the Lichi mobile application or on https://lichi.com/, Points can be deducted only if the Member has successfully logged in to the authorized Personal Account of the Program Participant.
6.5 The number of Points to be deducted is from 1 Point, but not more than the amount on the balance of the Participant's loyalty card.
7. Levels of participation in the Program
7.1 Participation levels in the Program are determined by the Purchase Amount. The status review period is 90 days; if no purchases are made during this period, the status is downgraded. To maintain
your status, you must make a purchase of any amount within 90 days to extend it for another 90 days. When you upgrade or downgrade to a new status or downgrade to a previous status, the Purchase Amount is reset to zero. All Points will be retained.
- Club. Up to 350 USD;
- Gold. Over 350 USD;
- Platinum. Over 700 USD;
- Diamond. Over 1400 USD;
The level as of the current date is calculated automatically taking into account the purchases made by the Participant during the previous period. The Participant's level is recorded in the Personal account in the Lichi mobile application and on the website.
7.2 At each level, the Participant can take advantage of the following privileges:

The Company has the right to unilaterally change the procedure or conditions for accruing Points and granting privileges without informing the Buyer.
7.3 Full description of Lichi Members Club program privileges.
Cashback
Cashback is a part of the money spent, which is returned in the form of points to the registered Buyer. Accrual occurs after the first purchase and can take up to 14 days for purchases in stores, and up to 30 days for online orders. In the future, you can use points to pay up to 50% of the purchase. One bonus point is equal to one United States dollar. Loyalty program points cannot be used to pay for the shipping cost charges.
Welcome gift
On the day of joining the Lichi Members Club program, the Buyer receives a welcome letter to the specified email address, where, as a compliment, he is given a 2% discount on the first purchase using a loyalty card. It will be valid for 24 hours. If the email address is not specified, then the discount message will be sent to WhatsApp, then to the phone number or via push notification if no WhatsApp account is associated with the provided phone number. When using the 2% welcome discount, bonus points are not awarded for this purchase.
You can check information about the status of your card and check your bonus points in your personal account on the website Lichi.com or in the mobile application (Lichi Members Club section), as well as on request from employees in the store.
Personal birthday discount
For participants of the Lichi Members Club program, a personal birthday discount of 10% is provided.
The discount will be applied automatically if the Customer became a member of the program earlier than 90 days before his birthday and made a purchase during this period. To take advantage of the discount, the Buyer must provide the Lichi Members Club card or give the phone number associated with it to the employee at the checkout.
You can use the discount for 3 days before your birthday, on the day of your birthday and for 3 days after unlimited number of times. The notification of the 10% discount will be sent out 3 days before the birthday (and will be valid from the same moment). The Lichi Members Club member will receive a push notification in the application, an email notification (if specified) or a WhatsApp message. If the e-mail is specified, then the message will only be sent to the specified e-mail address.
Access to closed sales
Exclusive discounts and closed sales are available only to members of the Lichi Members Club program with Gold status and higher. They are the ones who will be the first to know about all upcoming promotions and sales (for example, Black Friday) and get early access to discounts. Thus, the company creates the best conditions for the participants of the Lichi Members Club program.
Annual discount
A discount on any purchase is given to participants with Gold, Platinum and Diamond status on the anniversary of joining the Lichi Members Club program and is valid for three days. For Gold status, the discount is 5%, for Platinum — 7%, and for Diamond — 10%.
Early access to limited collections and new products
Members of the Lichi Members Club program with Platinum status get early access to new products, which often get sold out in the first days of sales. For convenience, each participant of the program receives a special notification about the release of new limited collections. This priority provides an excellent opportunity to slowly familiarize yourself with the assortment and to guarantee your size of the product you like is available.
Free delivery for online orders
By making purchases through the online store, members of the Lichi Members Club program with Diamond status receive careful free delivery for purchases with any amount. The conditions for the return of goods remain the same.
Free shipping is not available in all countries, please check the detailed conditions with the support staff.
8. Other provisions
8.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate participation, cancel or change the Program (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such changes. This clause applies, inter alia, to cases when a Participant of the Program violates these Rules.
8.2 For technical reasons (failure or malfunction of communication channels, power failures, as well as other cases of technical or technological failure of the equipment and/or Software), the Company has the right to suspend the execution of card transactions with appropriate notification in the official Lichi stores and on the website.
8.3 The Company, at its discretion, may impose restrictions on the list of goods and services that cannot be paid for using Points, as well as impose restrictions on the list of goods and services that cannot be paid for using Points.
8.4 Points have no cash value, do not grant a right to receive them in cash equivalent and are not and cannot be other means of payment, currency, monetary obligation or security.
8.5 A personalized birthday discount can be granted only once per calendar year. If the discount has already been granted in the current calendar year, then in case of a change of the date of birth, a new discount under this promotion will be granted only in the following year.
8.6 The Company reserves the right to unilaterally block a Participant's card in case of suspicious actions with the card, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation or if the Participant:
- fails to comply with these Rules and the terms and conditions of other Lichi promotions;
- has committed or intends to commit acts of fraud, deceit or other manipulation, which have caused or may cause material damage, moral and other negative consequences for the Company;
- abuses any rights granted to the Participant under the Program;
- did not register in the Program, or provided incorrect data during registration, filled in the data incorrectly, and this does not allow him/her to be properly identified;
- provides information that is misleading or untrue;
- makes purchases for business purposes, i.e. for the purpose of subsequent sale of goods.
8,7 All disputes between the Company and the Program Participant within the framework of participation in the Loyalty Program are settled by negotiations. If a dispute between the Company and the Participant cannot be settled in the course of negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure provided for by the current legislation.
