How much are the shipping costs?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100. If your order is under $100, the standard shipping cost of $20 will apply.

For shipments to countries or territories affected by airspace restrictions, the shipping cost is increased to $50 on an order of any amount. This currently applies to the following countries: Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.

 

 

Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped to location  “Worldwide”?

Any taxes and duties applicable to orders to most countries are the responsibility of the company. The exceptions are Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Ukraine, Tunisia, Pakistan, and Brazil.

 

What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 days.

We ship our orders with DHL transport company. 

 

Can I change my address once the order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided upon placing the order. If the address you provided is incorrect, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
