How much are the shipping charges?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over 100$. If your order is under 100$, the standard shipping cost of 20$ will apply.
What courier service do you use?
All our orders are shipped with DHL Express. Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while the order is on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). If you need to schedule a delivery for another day, DHL makes it easy for you. If DHL is not able to ship to your location, we will ship your items with EMS. You will be emailed as we ship your order and receive all updates regarding the status of the shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email which will contain tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Estimated standard delivery time is 10 working days. Pending order verification and credit approval, it may take 1-3 working days to process your order. Please note that the estimated delivery date of your order is an estimate only and is not guaranteed since delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods.
Can I change my address after the order is shipped?
We can only deliver your package to the address provided when your order was placed. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your order, the package will be returned back to us.
