At Lichi, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be perfectly happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, colour, fitting), you may request an exchange or return of saleable merchandise within 7 days from receiving the order.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. Incomplete, worn or damaged returns will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. We will refund or exchange the item only after carrying out suitable quality checks. Lichi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Please note that in some instances we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include the following categories: underwear, jewellery, fragrances, cosmetics, hosiery or socks.
We may, however, refund the items from the categories listed above if the product you have received is damaged or non-compliant.
Your return will be refunded with the same payment method as the one used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
You will only be refunded for the purchased product, any costs incurred for shipment will not be refunded. Shipping charges will apply to returned products as well.
