columbus

One of the earliest lichi stores in moscow, which became an important part of the brand’s history, is located in the columbus shopping mall

The color scheme – white, beige, and gold – was dictated not only by the concept but also by the aesthetics of classicism. Natural marble, the natural gloss, and polish of stone are its key features.
Massive marble slabs in the store window create a flawless backdrop for the latest clothing collections. Similar decorative slabs can also be found throughout the store’s interior. Columns, installations, and cubes inspired by the Hellenistic era serve as delicate details, reminding us that the interior design holds a deeper significance.

For such a large space, the primary challenge was to maintain a balance of lightness and brightness so that its size doesn’t feel overwhelming. On the contrary, the designers managed to add even more openness by leaving the ceiling exposed. Lighting is another memorable accent. Symmetrical ceiling lights seem to guide the eye from the entrance toward the back of the store. Hanging fixtures made of black and gold metal complement the store’s equipment and its restrained décor, including floor vases, sculptures, and installations.

In the customer lounge area, deep cream armchairs and a genuine marble table – a now familiar detail – are featured. Nearby, a decorative green garden sets a harmonious and peaceful tone, allowing visitors to relax in the large chairs and momentarily forget the rush. The columns evoke classical antiquity, timeless and always relevant.

The store’s clean layout is accentuated in the checkout area. A double counter with square overlay elements and two accessory panels set parallel in the background offer subtle references to classic forms. For example, this is evident in the fitting room foyer, where tall rectangular portals are mirrored directly across from each other. Soft lighting and velvet curtains ease the atmosphere, making it comfortable and inviting for trying on clothes.

The calm, refined, yet eclectic interior reflects modern design ideas. It not only inspires new solutions but also honors traditions that remain timeless.
